OROGOLD: Tell us a little about yourself and your store location

Mirela Gliga: My name is Mirela I am 29 years old from Romania. I have been living in London for 4 years.
I work for OROGOLD in the Bond street store in London. I love Bond Street not only because it is the busiest street in Europe but also because I get to meet and speak with customers from all around the world!

OG: What do you like most about working at OROGOLD?

MG:  I enjoy being with my colleagues in the store, we are all like a family, it is exciting to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I also enjoy the feeling of making customers happy and introducing them to the OROGOLD product range.

OG: What’s your favorite OROGOLD product?

MG:  My favorite OROGOLD product is the Vitamin-C booster! I use it myself and love the results…

OG: What products would you recommend to a customer that’s concerned about dark spots and uneven skin tone?

MG:  I would recommend the Vitamin C booster for uneven skin tone, and for dark spots I recommend to use the Diamond mask.

OG: How do customers react when they start to see results?

MG:  Any person feels happy when they find a solution to a problem. In our industry the problems our customers have are related to their skin and when I am able to help the customers solve the concerns they may have they feel great, happy, and almost always come back to get more products from the range.

OG: Why is daily skincare so important?

MG:  Daily skin care is very important for many reasons such as maintaining young healthy looking skin, delaying the ageing process, and most importantly feeling confident in your own skin!
